The Assurance and Audit Group (AAG) a joint sub-group of the Leicester, and Leicestershire and Rutland Safeguarding Children Partnerships. The group supports the implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework of the SCPs, specifically:

Analyse performance information regarding multi-agency safeguarding.

Plan, scope and task multi-agency assurance processes, including multi-agency audits.

Analyse findings from multi-agency assurance processes, including findings from agencies internal assurance processes, S11 audits and multi-agency safeguarding audit.
