LLR Performance Group

The role of the Performance Group of the Leicester Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) and Leicestershire & Rutland Safeguarding Children Partnership (LRSCP) is to support the implementation of the Performance and Quality Assurance Framework of the SCPs and the SCP business plan.

• Analyse performance data and information regarding multi-agency safeguarding (see appendix 1)

• Plan, scope and task multi-agency assurance processes, including multi-agency audits – case file and spotlight audits (see appendices 2 and 3). These should be separate and not duplicate work done by the Audit Group. The Performance Group and Audit Group should liaise with each other to avoid duplication of work.

• Co-ordinate and report on the S11 Audit and Frontline Practitioner audit.

• Analyse findings from multi-agency assurance processes, including findings from agencies internal assurance processes, such as Section 11 audits.

• Receive from the LLR Audit Group, reports (including findings and analysis) from multi-agency safeguarding audits and spotlight audits for the 5 audits to be completed.
