LLR Audit Group

The role of the Audit Group (AG) of the Leicester Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) and Leicestershire & Rutland Safeguarding Children Partnership (LRSCP) is to support the implementation of the Performance and Quality Assurance Framework of the SCPs, specifically:

• Completing audits as informed by the Performance Group and Business priorities, learning from case reviews, national learning and Section 11 audits.

• Plan, scope and task multi-agency case file and spotlight audits (see appendices 2 and 3)

• Analyse findings from multi-agency case file and spotlight audits.
